Cute private room with bathroom located in central North Hobart. Clean and private room with well-equipped kitchen Positive: Location was excellent for exploring North Hobart. It felt extremely safe and had everything you needed. Negative: No Parking at the property, as advertised, however lots of parking options available close by.

A great stay overall - we loved the location, great laundry facilities and convenient for an easy stay in Hobart :) Positive: Great location! Nice walk to the CBD and some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Negative: Room smelt a bit damp after a few days but it was rainy.

Decent place spoilt by bathroom smell Positive: Location was good (a bit loud but alright), kitchen facilities were good. Blockout blinds were great. Negative: The bathroom had a really unpleasant smell of being wet. Additionally the fan was broken and there was no window in the bathroom. The bathroom didn't look like it had been built with waterproof tiles or anything.The self check instructions worked but the volume of text for the process was too much. Checking in at night all of the hallways you had to find the light switch and some didn't work, so it was super dark getting in.

Neat and tidy studio apartment in a great location uptown Positive: Great location had everything I needed for a short stay ; had heating; decent window treatment to block out the outside noise; comfy bed, and bedding, surprisingly adequate kitchen for a studio apartment Negative: It was very hard to find and all of the advice and communication about how to find the apartment was buried under a section called” Send message” as opposed to “check in information” which would’ve been a lot more helpful. The SMS text I received looked like Spam and was poorly written. However, as it was the only communication I received to get access to the studio I was glad to get it. The hot water takes over a minute to reach the apartment, huge waste of water. The shelf in the bathroom is falling off, and there was no toilet roll holder and the blind is too heavy for the reel and rolled all the way down to the floor. so a few repairs need doing.
