Small but acceptable accom in a great location Positive: Excellent communication, property exactly as described. Made sure we knew the place was small before arriving but definitely adequate. Great shower Negative: Pipe noise from neighbours showering

Perfect for convenience , value for money Positive: First of all the location is perfect if you are looking for convenience . Very responsive to messages and needs Negative: The toilet on arrival wasn’t clean as it got very dark stains , which was uncomfortable but we cleaned it and was shiny when we left . Tv would be better if updated with a smart tv which has basic platforms like YouTube , the tv is very old with no platforms to watch other than just channels. 2 nights of sleep was comfy but one was very disturbed with loud music from near rooms / cafe

Great location and comfortable room Positive: Great location, and it was close to a lot of food options. Room was small, but comfortable. I would stay at this accommodation for future trips to Tasmania. Negative: The photos in the ad showed all of the rooms, and not just the room available, so I was unaware of which room I was actually booking.

We didn't realise the room was small however comfortable for our needs. Positive: I would like to thank our contact for the use of the kitchen opposite as the microwave & toaster were great to use. Negative: Unfortunately we arrived late and the entrance was in darkness with no light to show entrance panel. Rang contact who had to get someone to show us access to our room.

Very pleasant accommodation… able to walk to restaurants/pub Positive: Very clean and comfortable room. Host very communicative and accommodating. Bonus surprise of having breakfast cornflakes provided Negative: Everything was great
